Contact me I will work with you and your situation. when writing up the invoices i just need the information such as photos, notes, floor plan, roof plan, etc... sent to me. the information can be sent via email or dropbox, box, google drive or any other such service. any supplemental work will be done for free the first 2 times only. 

 

Water damage estimates.

emergency service invoices need to be written up with the proper supporting documentation. i can write up your EMS bills and get them ready to send to the carrier and or client with the piece of mind that it will get paid.

Dry-outs. - $ 120.00 flat rate. * 

 

Reconstruction estimates.

repair estimates after water, fire, wind, or whatever type of loss will require attention to detail to insure they are written Accurately so that money is not left on the table. i have experience writing estimates for all the major carriers and can write them up with the proper respect in mind. if it's in xactimate and justified you can bill it!

repair ESTIMATES. -

$1000 to 20,000.00 --$ 120.00 FLAT RATE.*

any estimate above $20,000.00 - 2% of bill*.

ROOF ESTIMATES - $120.00*

Environmental estimates.

mold remediation - $120.00 flat rate *

asbestos abatement - $120.00 FLAT RATE *

 

Fire Damage estimates.

Fire losses small or large will require proper documentation to insure the invoice is justified. 

smoke cleanups. - $ 120.00 FLAT RATE.*

 

Pack-out estimates.

content manipulation estimates require proper Documentation to insure that they get paid.

pack out and move back. - $ 120.00 FLAT RATE.*

 

** Prices Depend On All Documentation Provided. Info Such As Floor Plans, Notes, And Photos Needed. Onsite Inspections Can Be Provided In Some Southern California Areas But Will Be At An Additional Cost.
